Responsive form

I am working on my website to make it google-friendly for mobile devices.

My JotForm area, which I use to allow my clients to transfer files to my company, is responsive.

However the width does not narrow enough in portrait mode on my iPhone.

    Any suggestions?

Hello. Could you please let us know the link to the page, so that we can take a look at what is happening on your website?

If you haven't already done so, you can make-your-forms-Mobile-Responsive.

If the forms are already responsive, but they do not appear that way on your website, would you please share the link to us to an example page of the form on your site, so that we can take a look into how we can help. Thank you.

The form is down the page. On an iPhone, the form is too wide in portrait mode. It's set as responsive but doesn't seem to be working properly.

    Thank you for the link.

I do not have an iPhone to test it on a real phone, but on my (Firefox and Chromium based) browsers, the form looks fine even when viewed on an emulated smaller screen such.

Can you please let us know what model of the iPhone is having this problem, and can you please attach a screen cap / screen shot of the issue? A screen shot should help, and one of our colleagues should be able to check if we know what iPhone device is presenting this problem. Thank you.

Here's how it displays on my iPhone 5s.

The form extends too far to the right (you need to scroll to see the entire form). It wouldn't bother me but I'm concerned Google will have a problem with it not being mobile ready.

Also, the fields do not display on the iPhone like they do on a computer.

I have no idea what I did but it's working perfectly now.

All I did was reformat the text to be 12pt instead of 16pt, and I changed some of the text and now it's perfect on my iPhone.

I've made some changes to your form, including the mobile responsive option in the form designer. Sorry, I should have told you about this first. Kindly check now and let us know of the current output.

    Thanks
