    We already pay 49,95$ - 2015/05/26 

    But we still have economy account on your service.

    It very argent for us to have Professional account!

    We have a lot of submissions, thats why we pay for Professional plan.


    Be so kind to solve this problem ASAP

    I can see you are having an upgrade issue with your subscription plan that is not reflecting your account after switching to Professional.

    This billing problem happened because your original subscription was never cancelled. So when you upgraded the original subscription had continued as your main subscription and the recent subscription you ordered to switch to was not recognized on your account because of it.

    I've fixed this problem for you and we do apologize about any inconveniences. You can expect the recent Economy Charge to be credited back to your account within 7-14 days and if you have any other questions or concerns just let us know.
