Are you referring to the actual JotForm website or the online forms?
Currently, the JotForm website works good in our end. You can check this link for the status of the website itself: http://jotformstatus.com/. You'll see the stats there if there are any downtime service in our end.
For now, everything seems to be working fine and we haven't received any similar reports, yet.
Could you try clearing your browser's cache and try using a different web browser, see if that fixes the problem.
