When responses come in, do we have any control over the format?

We have our form the way we want it to look when people fill it out, but the responses and PDFs we receive do not look the same and is not organized. Do we have any control over the format of the form when responses come in?

You cannot modify the PDF format for now, but this feature is on the way and is currently in the beta version:

For now, you can only customize the Notifiers/Autoresponder Emails. You can use the table tools and/or import your own format in the Source Codes:
