Where do I go to see what Plan I'm on?

    Received an email stating we requested a downgrade.  We did not request a downgrade  thought we were on the $9.95 a month plan but wanted to pay it yearly.

    You can also view the status of your payments under billing page: http://www.jotform.com/myaccount/billing.

    The subscription is cancelled because the charge attempt in the credit card on file is declined. Clarke Wilkinson emailed us about this matter on June 3rd and I think he's now processing the payment for the 2-Year Premium subscription.
