    PDF form attached to notifiers

    Hello!

     

    I'm having an issue attaching the PDF version of responses from forms to email notifiers. I am selecting Attach PDF but it doesn't appear to be attaching to the response notifications. I've also tried to delete the notifier and start over but that doesn't seem to work either. I have one out of my 10 forms that has this option selected and it works but none of the others. Below I have attached one of the forms that needs to have the PDF show up in the notifier. Thank you in advance for your help!

    Hello hsscmktg,

    I did check your form's notification email alert and did not find any issue with that. You have configured it correctly and submission emails received should actually have the PDF attachment.

    I did check our email logs and it seems you have been testing your email alert by clicking on the "Test Email" button. Please test your live form by clicking on the submit button of your form and see if you you receive the submission PDF as attachment.

    I have also sent a test submission in your form. Can you please check your inbox and see if you have received the attachment correctly.

    I did test this feature in one of my own form and I did receive submission email with PDF attachment.

    Hello hsscmktg,

    Upon taking a closer look at your form and it seems you have fields which is asking your users to input their credit card details. Please be noted that you should not ask credit card information from your users. If you need to process payments, please use one of our integrated payment tools.

    We have automated anti-phishing system which scans all forms and mark them with probability of being used for phishing activities. It's just a matter of time and our anti-phishing filter will disable your form and suspend your account.

    I would suggest you to please remove the credit card related field from your form.
