On June 15, 2015, we had a customer fill out this form: https://secure.jotform.us/form/31985744075161 (Barnegat Light 2016) and make a deposit using Paypal from within this form. Everything appeared to work fine, except that as a receipt for this registration form he got a different form that we no longer use https://secure.jotform.us/form/31365931088155 (Bosque Del Apache 2014).
The information that he had given on the form above was included in this incorrect form. How did this happen and how do I fix it? Is the problem coming from the Jotform, or did it originate from Paypal?

It looks like your form may have been cloned from a previous form and the autoresponder was not changed:
Update your autoresponder to reflect your current form and your users should no longer receive the one related to your other form.
