Format of form from my design is different?Asked by mary.e.farley on June 17, 2015 at 01:16 PM
I have used the direct link in Wordpress to put my form on our website on 2 pages. On one page, it shows up but the format is different from my design - rows are messed up.On the other page I get this when I click on the link: Not Acceptable!
An appropriate representation of the requested resource could not be found on this server. This error was generated by Mod_Security.
Any idea what I'm doing wrong? Thanks.
Properly format different thanks rows
Upon checking your link, this is the JotForm URL that I found: http://form.jotform.co/form/51436644412855. May I know how you would like it to be formatted?
If there are some designs that were quite off, you can simply edit it using our form builder and the Form Designer Tool. If you are familiar with custom CSS codes, you can use it to further make advance styling and formatting of your form.
There's also a guide here on how you can position your form fields properly: http://www.jotform.com/help/328-How-to-Position-Fields-in-JotForm.
For the other concern that you have, I went ahead to open a new thread for it, this is for us to better assist you. Please refer to this link for that: http://www.jotform.com/answers/590692. We will address it shortly.
