If I purchase the Year subscription can I upgrade it at any time

I am thinking the 9.95 a month account would work best for us. If i needed to update to the 19.95 a month  plan if I purchased a yearly plan can I do so?

If you purchase a yearly plan and decide that you need to upgrade to a higher level package before the end of your subscription, we can do a prorated refund for the remainder of your time.  Just let us know if and when that is the case and we will be happy to help.
