Conditional fields - i think i'm making this way too hard

    this is a sign up form. Each person/biz can choose 5 CATEGORIES.

    Once the category is chosen, a specific "services" should to pop up.

    i'm not doing it right - i'm sure making it way more complicated than it needs to be!! help!

    Categories are:

    Animals • Pets • Animal Hospitals • Veterinarians
    Arts • Culture • Entertainment
    Automotive • Aviation • Marine
    Banking • Financial
    Child Care • Children Services
    Clothing • Accessories

    End of Life Services

    I created a field with the list of services for each of the CATEGORIES above. I don't think i'm doing it right...

    Hi,

    The best way to accomplish what you are looking for would be to replace your dropdown menus with a single checkbox field containing all the options.  Then set the checkbox fields to allow a minimum of 1 selection and a maximum of 5:

    Then, based on the selections made in that field, show the appropriate category.  I setup the first few for you:

    Just go down the list and for each option in your checkbox, show the associated checkbox field.  Here is my test form to show you how to first few are setup and working:
