    Email Notification Not Working for Secure Forms

    I was able to replicate the problem for this reason I have opened a ticket for our developers to look into the issue.

    Sorry for the Caps in the message.  I was in a hurry getting through the pile of quotes that had not come through.

    I think it is only when the forms are secure but I am not 100% sure on this.

    I'm a premium paying member and second this problem- it's very annoying because facebook apps now require HTTPS connections!

    Hi idarktech, this is a separate problem to that reported in my facebook intergation ticket, please read the ticket carefully.

    My facebook intergration ticket pertains to the implementation of the markup url pointing to the fb button, while this ticket is in regards to the email sending on a HTTPS form.

    The problem was identified and already submitted a ticket to our development team for further investigation. 

    However, it would be also helpful if you'll post your problem in a separate thread with an explaination and form URL. You can also provide the e-mail address in which you aren't receiving notifications.

    Further troubleshooting results showed that the problem happens when the email type used is Text mode. As of the moment this issue is still being looked into by our developers for the meantime to receive notification on ssl forms please change the email type to HTML mode instead. The option to Switch to HTML is found in the lower right corner in the Compose Email settings.
