My created form has vanished, can you restore?

I logged in a week ago to make some final edits to the form I've been working on and suddenly it was totally blank. I don't know if I accidentally cleared it or if there was a glitch... but I hate the thought of totally recreating it. Is there any back-up? I had not yet published the site I'm going to use the form on.

Nevermind, after posting this I noticed others had the same issue. I was able to find the revisions and restore the last version before losing everything! HUGE RELIEF!!!
