What does "incomplete payment" mean?

With AdobeForms, when someone submitted payment via paypal, our account received it automatically. With JotForm, there's this thing called Authenticate Payment. What is that? How can we just receive the money automatically?

With JotForm works the same way, when your form is submitted your users are redirected to PayPal gateway so they can complete their payment. Incomplete payments are created when a user doesn't complete the whole payment process on PayPal correctly.

As an aside note, you should note that FREE accounts are allowed to receive 10 payment submissions per month. If you are planning on receiving more you may need to consider upgrading your account.
