Our FormsCentral responses are not importing properly to JotForm

    We just signed up for 2 years of JotFom Economy so we can move off of Adobe FormsCentral. We tried using the FormsCentral Exporter utility but none of our data is coming over properly. Our forms and data claim to be "successfully imported" but what we see are multiple versions of the same form with none of our responses. Please help!

    Can you try migrating your adobe form central response data using the instructions provided in this article How to Migrate Form Data from Adobe FormsCentral to JotForm? I think this article can help with your concern.

    The problem is that we are not allowed to keep your Adobe FormsCentral passwords on our end. What we do is to log into formscentral from your computer and then use a 1-hour limited session ticket and use that to import your forms. Sometimes, if you have a lot of forms, we are not able to import them all on time.

    The solution is quite simple: Re-run the app and re-import your forms until you get all of them. Our app will continue where it left off.
