Reset my payment submissions

    can you also reset my payment submissions. I have been testing the form.

    I checked your account and saw that you have made 7 payment submission. I will reset it back to 0. However, please take note we can only do this request once.

    Is there a way to put the form into "test mode" so that I don't use up my payment submissions?

    I'm afraid that we do not have such a feature available, to put your forms into test mode.

    There is a way to test your forms for payments without getting actual payment submissions, but only on regular / ordinary PayPal field, not on the advanced PayPal Pro. (Difference-Between-PayPal-PayPal-Pro)

    On ordinary / simple PayPal, when you are testing your forms for payments, please do not actually pay when you are redirected to a payment processor, so your test submissions will end up as your Incomplete-Payments. You can delete Incomplete Payments from your submissions page, and they will not count towards your form payments.

    For the PayPal Pro that you seem to be using, I'm afraid that there is no way to put it in a "test mode", and not receive actual submissions. If you are trying to check out the settings of your PayPal Pro field, you can use the Test Integration button, which will check if the account has been linked up correctly.
