Forms wrongly say "Form Not Found/Form Disabled"

My forms are not displaying. I edit it, save it, and when I click "View Form" it tells me that the Form isn't Found or Form Disabled when it is not. Please help.

We are very sorry for the inconvenience. Your account has been auto-suspended by our Phishing Detector tool that checks if your forms are safe.

Your form with the name of ExampleAd1, http://www.jotform.us/form/51648354159159, has been asking users to choose between Facebook, Twitter, etc. We do not allow collection of Facebook or Twitter credentials, so as soon as the Phishing Detector found these options on your form, it has flagged it as a possible phishing form.

I have moved said form to your Trash folder, and I have re-activated your account. Your forms should be loading properly.

Please note that you are still able to restore your form that has been moved to Trash, but please note that it would once again be flagged by the Phishing Detector, and your account might get auto suspended again. That is why I recommend that you leave this form deleted, if you do not need it.
