How do I build a condition to skip to certain section of the form?

Trying to build a condition if a user selects double occupancy then skip to description text further down the form, when creating the condition the "then after..." drop down doesn't allow to select any skip to point within the form.

I believe that you mean you want to be able to skip parts of your form based on user input.

To do that you would need to break your form up into pages using the pagebreak field. 

You can then set up conditional logic to skip pages or to the end of your form.
