Good morning. I created a form
I am not receiving my form responses.
I have also been informed that I should have payments, but I have not gotten them either. I need this matter taken care of as soon as possible. I use this form for my radio guests.

I have logged into your account to check it, and I see that you have Incomplete-Payments pending for submission.
Incomplete Payments do not trigger your Email Notifications until they are confirmed PayPal to be paid. Once the submissions are complete, either by you clicking on their Complete Submission button, or by PayPal letting us know that your payments have been processed, you should receive your email notifications.
You need to enable Instant Payment Notifications (IPN) on your PayPal account, in order for PayPal to let us know when this happens. Please read our guide on How-to-Enable-IPN-for-Paypal.
