Form not allowing multiple submissions

    Our form is not allowing people to register for our event if they have the same last name.   Also, i tried to register myself and it says i am already registered.  We have a deadline of TOMORROW and our form is NOT working.  

    If you enter the info and click on submit, it SHOULD take you to paypal.  It just SITS there and says PLEASE WAIT!  We cannot have this!

    Apologies for the inconvenience.

    The reason why the form is not allowing same names is because you have enabled the Form Limits "Unique Submission".

     

    This will prevent multiple submissions from the same user based from the browser's cookies. You can disable it to allow multiple submissions. To learn more about unique submissions, you can check this guide: http://www.jotform.com/help/64-How-to-Set-Unique-Submissions-on-a-Form.
