How do I change the width of the notifier PDF attachment?

The PDF attachment that is sent with the notifier email runs off the right side of the page.  How do I change the format of the PDF to wrap the text?

In order to avoid this text overflow,  please generate your submission from the print button, as follows:

1 - From the Submissions screen, click on the Print button and select PDF converter:
