I'm not quite sure what do you mean with "update".
Have you tested the tool? If so, did you find any issues using it?
The tool will give you a .sql file that you can use to insert data directly to your database, but based on your original thread it seems like you want to capture submissions in a SharePoint site.
If this is correct, you would need to do it using Sharepoint's REST interface. On this scenario, you can capture the submitted data in your form using POST or Webhooks and create a script that would pass this data to the REST interface on Sharepoint.

Some of the reviews were way back 2013. There are some updates made with the form builder and some apps. If you are getting any errors or problem with the MS SQL Server Export App, please post the details here so that we can forward it to our developers, we will open a bug ticket/report here in the forum that you can monitor, our developers will then update you if the problem has been resolved.
Please do make some test submissions using the app and let us know.
