Firstly, thank you for this wonderful form creator, I use it a lot for my clients requirements and it's awesome, always finding new things it can do.

Is it possible to feed in some information from an excel/csv file to show on the form? The form I will be creating is for the renewing of a Tourism Membership which has different levels.

The Tourism Membership, depending on what level chosen, includes so many words of text to describe the member's business. This text is used by the Tourist Office for promotion of that business throughout the year in various campaigns.  The text quite often changes from year to year.

On the form we would like to show what information the Member had provided the previous year eg. their Business Name, Level of Membership and the Text.

This information is available in an excel format. Is it possible to feed those 3 fields onto the form?

Thank you for your kind words.
We're happy to see that you think our tool is awesome :)

If I understand correctly you want to use an Excel spreadsheet to prepopulate some fields in your form, is that correct? If so, unfortunately, this is not possible to accomplish using our system.

You can prepopulate fields in your form, but using URL parameters instead as described here: http://www.jotform.com/help/71-Prepopulating-fields-to-your-JotForm-via-URL-parameters

Thank you, I might be able to work with the URL option.
