while I'm asking...is there any way to configure the resulting pdf to look like the form is intended to look?

It comes out with the left being the label and the right being the data. I woul dlike to configure it to look more like the way my email notifier is layed out. Thank you again.

By resulting PDF, I assume that you mean the PDF of your submission (a filled up PDF), rather than a fillable PDF form.

I'm afraid that we do not support much customizing of the submission PDF file. It can be customized to-include-Headers-Texts-and-Images (2), and you can also customize which fields will be present (3) in the PDF file.

The layout itself is not yet customizable, and will always depict labels on the left, entered data on the right, and be shown in the order that the fields show on your form.

A possible workaround that I can think of would be for you to "print" your emails, if you have PDF option among your printers. This would require manual effort on your side to do this for each of your emails.
