SMS Confirnation Widget: Widget was added to the form without trace in Revision History

Hi, 

We have just had a client get in touch as they were having issue with their contact form not sending. Looking into this it appears there has been an SMS Confirmation field added onto their form.

There are only two people who have access to our jotform account and neither of us has added this SMS Confirmation field so we need to know where this has come from.

This seems to have stopped our client getting emails whether it be because people were pressing the wrong button or it field was stopping it from sending. Either way we need to know why this has been added to the form on its own as no one on our end has done this

I see that you have removed the SMS Confirmation widget in your form since I have cloned your form and did not see the SMS Confirmation widget. I checked the Form's Revision History and saw that there is no revision that added the widget. I will escalate this to our development team for them to further investigate. We will update you on this thread if we find any result.

Thanks Christian, we have removed the widget as it wasn't needed, we just need to make sure that it's not added to any other forms automatically as well as it took us by surprise on this occasion.

While our developers are looking into what might have caused the issue, please note that you can always take a look at your account history - be it logins, or form modifications - from your Account page, History tab.

You can also View-Form-Revision-History, to see when was some modification made to your form, and then you can cross-reference it with your logins on your Account page.
