Can I set margins and page breaks for a submission when it converts to a PDF?

When I receive a submission I convert it to a PDF.  The result is that information is lost due to the narrow margins are outside print capabilities.  Also the page break pushes information to the top of the next page and that is lost due to the print margins.  

As a result I have to convert to word and then adjust each line in the form so the information is on the printable portion of the page.  It take substantial time. 

The attached picture shows a PDF page.  You can clearly see the margin at the top of page 2 ios too small and that information is lost on printing.  Also some information is lost down the sides.

Converting all the submission to word and then hand correcting them takes a huge amount of time.
