i updated my form on june 18th. my client was able to see the updates via the link i sent him. i am no longer able to see the updates. what happened?

You should be able to revert your form to any previously saved state using your revisions history:
I did see several different versions of the same form in your account, this looks to be the newest one:
Does that form have all the updates you are looking for?
