I have downloaded my forms and could get to them yesterday. Now I can't sign in.
Can one modify a forms central form or should it be cloned first or start over

Try logging in to the account "jmcauliff". That was the registered username I was able to find associated with your email address. Your imported forms and submissions should be available from that account. You should be able to modify your imported forms after logging in. If you still do not see them after logging in, try clearing your browsers cache/cookies then logging in again to see if that helps.
If you are still unable to access your forms after that, let us know and we will be happy to see what else we can do.
