I am not getting all the info on the form at this URL:

Asked by Allpropanemowers on September 07, 2010 at 01:50 PM

We have a contest form posted at this URL: http://allpropanemowers.com/v.php?pg=93

When you fill out the form completely the only information we get back is the name and e-mail addresss.

We want to be able to make payment forms available on the site but I'm leary of looking information as we have on the contest form.

    What's the problem / solution?

    Thanks a lot.

I reset your email content. Please try it now and see if all of the data is being received on the email.

    I'm having the same problem...

When I submit the form the first field (Date Picker) shows up blank in the email

It shows up in my submissions on this site, but not in the email I recieve.

When you delete the email and re-create it, it will reset the email contents. (it will include all fields correctly)

What happened was we had a bug with the "dirty" flag we have with the email contents. If a user edits the email content we stop making changes on it automatically. Any field you add from that point will not be added to the email automatically. We fixed that problem and the dirty flag is working properly now. But for older emails, you will still need to reset the email.

I have reset your email as well. Please give it a try. It should now contain all fields.
