Is it possible to send some of the submission details from a completed form to another form?

    Thanks

    Tony

You can prepopulate fields on the second form by passing the values through the URL.  Here is a thread where you can find more about that topic: http://www.jotform.com/answers/234321-How-to-pass-value-from-one-form-to-another-form

You may also want to look at this user guide: http://www.jotform.com/help/71-Prepopulating-the-fields-to-your-JotForm-via-URL-parameters

OK thanks.  If I understand correctly this will send the second form that has been created to the person who filled the first form.  I just want them to get the thank you page as they currently do.  What I am looking for is when the first form is submitted I receive all the details as normal but I also receive a new second form with some of the data from the fist form included. Is this possible?

    Thanks

Yes this will redirect user form first form to second form and inside of second form there will be data form the first form. To do that you will nee to set Custom URL thank you page.

You can also set link of your prepopulated second form inside of Thank you page of your first form.

Inside of this thread there is detail explanation by my colleague how to achieve that: http://www.jotform.com/answers/93645-How-do-I-prepopulate-fields-in-one-form-with-text-input-from-another-form
