How to disable some of check box options inside of Matrix

    So for example I have a table with four dates across the top line and three time slots down the side. On three of the dates, all three time slots are needed, but on the fourth date, only one of the time slots is needed. So I would like to make the tick box not available on the two time slots I don't need in the final column. Is this possible? Thanks. Stewart

    If I understood your question correctly you want to disable 13:00 - 16:30 and 19:00 - 19:30 for 24 July. You can achieve that  by Injecting Custom CSS.  Inside of your Form Builder select Setup & Embed tab, then click on Preferences, then select Form Styles tab and inside of Inject Custom CSS field at the bottom of existing code paste this code:

    #input_4_1_3 {

    pointer-events : none;

    }#input_4_2_3 {

    pointer-events : none;

    }

    Here is my demo form where I disabled those options: http://form.jotformpro.com/form/51695504587971?

    This way your users will be able to select only first option for 24 July.

    Hope this will help. Let us know if you need further assistance.

    Hi Joanna,

    is there a way to completely hide the checkbox? It makes no sense to view an item that you can´t choose. I have included a sample image with different options. The version one (please see the image) would be my favorite. Is there a way with Custom CSS hide individual answers. I do not want to edit the source code of the form.

    MutliSelect Grid -email notification with only the latest time slot reserved

    Dear JotForm support team,

    I just found your JotForm widget today and I was amazed on your widget! However, I think there's a problem that needs to be resolved very soon. Please help me then.

    I tried to select a slot on the Calendar and clicked submit. So, on my first trial, the DAY and TIME are correct on the email notification and that is Mon: "1730".

    On my next experiment, I chose a different or open time slot which is only Thu: "1830" and clicked submit. But on the email notification, I saw two time slots shown on the email notification...there are the first and the latest schedule I selected. I only hope that the LATEST schedule selected must be shown on a new submission or email notification. I received below.

    Mon: "1730" (first submission)

    Thu: "1830" (latest submission)

    Every time I submit and receive email notification, the old time slots reserved before are included on the new email notification and it will be very confusing for the receiver which schedule is the latest one.

    Please help me resolved it. I hope that in every new submission or email notification, ONLY THE NEW TIME SLOT SELECTED must be shown and will not include the previous reserved schedule.

    I really hope to receive the perfect solution for this.\ I will wait for your kind reply. Thank you in advance.
