My form is for Ecuador so the address needs to include Province, Canton and Parish, all with appropriate dropdowns. Is this possible?
I am brand new to JotForm and designing my first form.
Unfortunately it is not possible to add more fields inside of Address field it is only possible to remove fields.

Okay, so I followed your suggestion and got it, pretty well. The dropdowns of the City and Parish fields are conditional on the Province. Is it possible to do that?
To have different city and parish shown based on the Province that has been selected, you would need to create multiple drop down fields for each Province and have the desired drop shown based on the selected Province.

Selecting different vehicle models would give you different options for the year field.
