My form is for Ecuador so the address needs to include Province, Canton and Parish, all with appropriate dropdowns. Is this possible?

I am brand new to JotForm and designing my first form.

    Thanks.

Unfortunately it is not possible to add more fields inside of Address field it is only possible to remove fields.

Instead of address field, you can construct your own fields from scratch by using text boxes and drop down fields and arrange them just like how the address field looks. You can do that by shrinking the fields (Right click > Shrink).

Considering that this is your first form this guide may help you:

Okay, so I followed your suggestion and got it, pretty well. The dropdowns of the City and Parish fields are conditional on the Province. Is it possible to do that?

    Hi CheckMark,

To have different city and parish shown based on the Province that has been selected, you would need to create multiple drop down fields for each Province and have the desired drop shown based on the selected Province.

Here is a sample for to give you an idea: http://form.jotformpro.com/form/50418029786966

Selecting different vehicle models would give you different options for the year field.

Please view our guide on how to create conditions on your form: http://www.jotform.com/help/57-Smart-Forms-Using-Conditional-Logic

I hope this helps, please inform us if you need further assistance.
