    How to change the font color when the form tells me a field is required?

    Asked by cpgordon on June 19, 2015 at 03:08 PM

    Hello,

    My attached form has a blue background and white font.  When a field is highlighted the background turns red, so you can still read the white font.  However, when a required field isn't fully filled out the form highlights it with a white background, and thus you can no longer read the white font - how can i either change the background in that situation or change the font color to black in that situation?

    thanks,

    Hi there;

              Please try this CSS Code Block to make label prominent of the required fields. Read this guide on How you can Inject Custom CSS Codes. I used the same color scheme for labels (Blue - #000033). Review the following screenshot for confirmation.

    .form-line.jf-required.form-line-error label { color: #000033 !important; }

    Let us know, if it helps. We would be happy to help you further.

    Thankyou,

    Yes, I reviewed your code. And noticed that, last CSS Code, which our colleague provided couldn't inserted properly, you missed Middle Bracket (}) at the end of CSS Selector for some reason. Please try to add Middle Bracket to get it work. Review the following screenshot on that;

    Hope this helps. Please let us know, how it goes.

    Thankyou for using such words :)

    I checked your last thread regarding Conditions, and I believe one of our colleague "BJoanna", assigned to it already. She will be in contact with you very shortly.

    Thankyou,
