Is it possible to duplicate a field of one form to another?

Hello,

On the bottom of my survey "University Culinary Services Club Fundraiser Program Request Form" there is text followed by a checkbox to agree to terms and conditions. How do I duplicate this in the future? I'd like to add to other forms but cannot find how to combine the two items together. Right now I am using the text in one column followed by the radio bottom on another form since I am not sure how to duplicate.

If I understand correctly you want to use the mentioned field in other forms, is that correct? If so, you can use the following app: http://apps.jotform.com/app/field_manager to copy that field in your other forms.
