How do I change the name of a form stored in my account?

Asked by VedaForTheMasses on November 27, 2011 at 12:37 PM

I prefer to clone an existing form to create a new one.  Then the formatting in the existing form carries over and I don't have to start from scratch -- I just change any necessary fields.  But I don't want all my forms to be named Clone of X.  I need to sort through them easily to edit them and get the submissions replies.  I've looked for ways to change the name of the form, but not found anything.  Please advise.  Thank you so much for this service.

I just found the Search bar for searching previous inquiries.  From the Search feature, I found the answer in a previous post (reposted below).  Thank you, anyway.

    Hi Kelly

Thanks for asking. To change the name of a form, load it into the form builder and click its name. It will become italicized and highlighted with a blue background, indicating that you can go ahead and enter the new name. When finished typing the name, click away from it and then save the form.

Hope this helps. If you need additional clarification on this or help with anything else related to your forms, please be sure to let us know.

    Thanks.
