Cannot paste copy into html editorAsked by Kers101 on June 19, 2015 at 06:35 PM
My form has a block of copy at the bottom. (below the submit button) I am trying to format it so it looks neat with a little margin at the right side. I used word but it will not paste. (I've saved the text here).

I tried it by myself, and couldn't reproduce this issue. I just copied all text you mentioned above. It successfully append to the HTML Text. Could you have a look to the following screenshot please.
Could you confirm us, which browser are you using.
Let us know, if you still having issues on this. We would be happy to help you.
I using IE. but I just need this text block without line spacing. Word sets it up correctly but the editor throws it.
Please send the MS Word file to firstname.lastname@example.org so we can check how you put it there and we'll help you set it up in the form. We basically don't allow some of HTML codes in the Free Text HTML field for some reason.
Please update us here after sending the file and reference this thread to your email so we can follow up.
I mentioned that I retyped the footer rather than try to paste it from word. It look OK to me. I've already asked to see if all the body elements could be updated to show Titillium Web. You'll notice some fields haven't changed.
Glad to hear that the footer text is showing correctly now. Regarding the font, I already provided a custom CSS on this thread: http://www.jotform.com/answers/592435#592715
