I'm unable to find a form I created

When I used Chrome rather than Internet explorer, I saw all of my forms central downloads.  

In the meantime, I had created a new form, but it is  not on the list.  The URL is http://form.jotform.us/form/51693819046160

Designing the form was a pleasure, but I couldn't figure out how to do two things:

1) create a link

2) paste in copied text

The mentioned form was associated with a guest account which you were unable to find it in your registered account. I went ahead and transferred it to your registered account so you should be able to see it now.

Regarding your 2 other questions it seems like you were already able to do this since I see that your form has links and text in it.
