I don't receive submission notifications to my default email

    I am unable to receive form submissions on my default email address but i can see the submissions on my jot form account.

    Please try and see why I don't get the notifications on my default notification email address

    I took a look at your email log and I see the emails being sent to your email address.

    When something like this happens, it is usually ending up in your spam, trash or bulk email folders so I would suggest inspecting the same.

    I must mention that all of your email clients have their own folders as well as the webmail account so any of them could be doing this and as such all must be inspected.

    I'm not receiving notifications and there is nothing in my spam box. I've tried with multiple email addresses and have tested the email address.
