To whom it may concern,
I had cancelled my plan within 30 days of purchase but had not received any refund.
Should I provide an explanation on the reason I cancelled the plan?

Cancelling the subscription will just stop our payment processor from charging you on the next month, but doesn't mean we're going to refund you automatically. I'm sorry, but you should have let us know about it after you cancel the subscription.
It's already 20th of the month and your subscription is every 14th of the month so 30 days had passed already. At any rate, I have still added this to our refund request list. Our billing department will handle this and let you know.
