- GrouponAUAsked on November 27, 2011 at 07:20 PM
With the facebook integration feature, is there a way for it to load the script via https instead of http?
Every other link in my code is prefixed with https except for the fb:login-button tag.
I'm visiting my form via the secure url https://secure.jotform.com
Any help would be appreciated because IE8 and 9 are complaining about this insecure link.

Hi Abajan, can provide me a reference number?
- JotForm SupportliyamAnswered on November 28, 2011 at 12:24 AM
Unfortunately, we do not have reference numbers for tickets submitted to our next level support. Someone will respond to this thread as soon as this either has already been resolved or if they will need more details about your concern.
Thank you for your patience and support.

Hi GrouponAU, bug has been fixed...
As you see on the screen, facebook integration works only on https://www.jotform.com or https://www.jotform.com.
To delete cach you should open your form on form builder and click save button. After doing this, your facebook integration will work.
- GrouponAUAnswered on November 30, 2011 at 12:41 AM
The form is implemented as a Page Tab, not website. Currently the page tab settings are set to the following
Page Tab URL: http://www.jotform.com/GrouponAU/customer-care-fbapp
Secure Page Tab URL: https://secure.jotform.com/GrouponAU/customer-care-fbapp
Upon visiting the following url in Internet Explorer or Safari a security warning appears- this is because the facebook button is still being loaded as http.
What are the correct settings?
- emrew86Answered on November 30, 2011 at 02:17 AM
On facebook properties if you allow https://www.jotform.com, your iframe could be https://www.jotform.com or https://www.jotform.com. http://secure.jotform.com and https://secure.jotform.com does not work in this case.
- GrouponAUAnswered on November 30, 2011 at 05:05 AM
emrew86, below is a screen cap of the settings currently configured. What I'm saying is the security message is still showing when visiting the form in IE or Safari. I'm well aware of the the differences between http and https.
The security message is showing because the fb login button is loading from http server.
Can you help with this?
- JotForm SupportabajanAnswered on November 30, 2011 at 05:21 AM
What emrew86 was pointing out is the following:
Do NOT use https://secure.jotform.com/GrouponAU/customer-care-ap
Instead, use https://www.jotform.com/GrouponAU/customer-care-ap
It was not an "http" versus "https" issue but rather a secure versus www one. Your screenshot clearly shows that you are using https://secure... instead of https://www... as the "Secure Page Tab URL". Please make the required change and let us know if it helps.

My apologies for the tone of my last reply, GrouponAU. I think it may have come across as a bit harsh. Nevertheless, do make the change and let us know the result.

When the s in https is highlighted in red in both emrew86's answers, it brings my attension to that; not the www.
The security warning in IE still seems to be appearing though- any solution to this?

Hi GrouponAU, I couldn't replicate your error again. Maybe you need to create it again. I have created a new form and a new facebook group. I am going to tell you with screens sequentially.
First of all, you need give permission
After creating form you take iframe code and add your iframe into facebook
My form works fine
I really want to help you but I cannot replicate this error in new forms so I cannot solve the problem. If you have still this error after doing what I told, pleaes create your form again.
