Cannot Login to an existing account

    I am trying to create a new user account. I entered my email address to submit a PDF dorm for migration prior to registration. I tried to use for my email for registration. The system indicates the address is already in use. I was never prompted to choose/set a password. When I tried to use the password reset to have the system send a rest link, nothing happened.

    I checked the mentioned email account and found that indeed there is an existing JotForm account that uses the email already. 

    The account/username is   colbymoss.

    You can login using the username at

    In case you had forgotten your access password, you can reset it using the 'Forgot Password' link in the login page.  The reset instruction will be sent to your email address.
