My login username/password is not working

    I just started the setup process for an account yesterday evening, and was assigned a username/password, but it does not work. Your system has reported to me by email that it has successfully migrated my adobe form you jotform, but I cannot access it to make sure that it is in good keeping. Please help.

    I have tried getting help through this support forum with two tickets, one private and one public, and still no answer. PLEASE someone help.

    We apologize for the delayed response. 

    I just checked the email account you used on this post and I found that there  is an existing JotForm account for the email account already.

    The account/username is klhp 

    You can login to JotForm using the username at

    In case you need to reset your login password, you can use the 'Forgot Password' link to reset the password



    The reset instruction will be sent to your email address.

    Please let us know if you are still having problem accessing your account.
