    Problem with redirection to a custom "Thankyou" URL after submission

    I am having a problem with redirection after form submission.  I have selected the custom URL option on my enquiry form and inserted the following address for the landing page: http://www.wix.com/chaddysachamp/spectrum-mk2---working-copy#!__contact-us/landing-page---enquiries.

    However, although the form is submitted correctly and I receive an email notification, the submitter still remains on the submission page after submission, rather than the landing page.

    I have also tried several other URLs in the Thankyou settings on Jotform, but still get the same result.  Can you help?

    Hi Michael,

    The reason why it's not redirecting is because of the "Thank you message" conditions in your form. To fix it, please delete your conditions and add that URL again. That should fix your problem.
