    I'm using Iweb and the HMTL snippet tool insert the "feeback button" that opens the lightbox. But I cannot get the feedback button to stick to the bottom of the page, so when user is scrolling down he will always see the button.

    Hi David,

    Can you please post the website URL so we could check and find possible solutions for your problem?

    At the same time, please try this code:

    <script src="//" type="text/javascript">

    new JotformFeedback({

    formId: "FORM_ID",

    buttonText: "BUTTON TEXT",

    base: "",

    buttonSide: "right",

    buttonAlign: "center",

    width: 700,height: 500});

    Please do not forget to change "FORM_ID" with your form id and "BUTTON TEXT" with the text you want. Thanks.

    My site is not live yet, but here are the files & html to my site.

    Thanks! for fast service!

    Is there any chance you could set up a demo of your page on a webserver so that we can troubleshoot this issue more efficiently? Its almost certainly going to be caused by a script you are using on your webpage.

    I had a quick look at your zip archive, but the index.html doesnt even contain the JotForm feedback button script.

    We really need to see your page, even if its just a demo page, up on the web before we can even begin to try to help you debug your page to see if we can get your other scripts to play nice with JotForm code.
