How can a create an IF conditional statement in my form?

     1.)  "Choose your Parking Plan:" should be hidden first until the "In what City/Location" is been chosen

     

    2.) if any of the locations in the group is selected, the name of the car park covering the group come up under a new window for customer to see its features including address before making payments.

    For your first inquiry, when you set a field to show only if a certain fields is chosen, it will remain hidden until the condition is met.

    On regards of your second question, it is not possible to pop up certain fields or part of the form in a new window, since that feature is not part of the conditions wizard.
