The solution would be to replace the radio button field in your current form with a matrix. That is found in the Survey Tools menu.

If you require additional info, please let us know.

Sorry, I just re-read your question and noticed the filtering aspect. I'll need to run a couple tests and get back to you on that by sometime later today.

    Thank you so much.

    Hope you get it working.

If this works we would gladly use youre services for our class room.

I will be waiting for a solution for this because this would make it really easy for the teachers!

They have a theory with this function and it has a double perpose for teacher and student during the lessons.

Unfortunately, I have not been able to come up with a solution that allows users to sort the data by columns. The stumbling block was the fact that the submission records lump selections made in a matrix into one column. So, I tried using multiple matrices to see if that would help but that led nowhere.

However, sharing a visual report of the entries from multiple matrices that are made to look like a single matrix by employing injected CSS (the result is better in some browsers than others) might be a viable alternative. Complete and submit this demo form and then view the statistics. Would this be an okay solution for you? If so, I can walk you through the process of building the visual report and provide the necessary CSS to inject.

Yes, by all means send us the link to the file and our team will have a look at it and see if we can come up with something workable.
