I am not receiving emails sent from my site? I have sent test emails and have discovered they are sitting in my account on jotform.com but not hitting my inbox. I have checked with the host company and they asure me everything is okie dory with firstname.lastname@example.org!!
Can you take a look and get back to me please?

The spam filters may have caught the notifications please look into your spam/junk mail folder if the email notififications landed there?
In addition to that , please ask your e-mail service provider to whitelist these IP addresses:
If after adding the whitelist the notifications are still not reaching your inbox do let us know.

Please try changing the Sender of the Email to email@example.com
Its in Email Alerts -> Website Question -> Reply-to and Recipient Settings
If that still doesnt fix the issue let us know and I will pass the issue onto the developers to have a look at any issues with the email address you are using.
