Sub-User: Shared form is missing

    Hi there,

     

    My colleague, Monica Black, (user account name: monblack) has tried to make me a sub-user and share files with me.

     

    I have followed the advice on the FAQ however when I go to 'my forms' there is no 'shared with me' option in the sidebar.

     

    Please could you advise?

    UPDATE: Effective October 2018 the Sub-User feature has been discontinued and is no longer available for creating new sub-users. If you had been using this feature previously, you're grandfathered.  

     If you would like to have additional users added to your account, please check out JotForm Enterprise.

    Thanks for contacting us.

     

    I checked your colleagues account monblack and noticed that there is no form shared to your account meena.puar@coopervision.co.ukMonblack has shared the forms to a different e-mail address. You can ask  your colleague to share the forms with you. However, I noticed that user monblack is a Free account user so the account is only entitled to one sub-user account. He/She will need to delete the existing user to be able to share it with you.
