we are seeing text layers overlapping on the .pdf submissions report.
the problem is that when we edit in acrobat the overlapping text layers act as a single layer and cannot be seperated so in the first instance we are unable to view the text correctly so we are unable to recreate the correct information and secondly a white space appears where a text layer should be (its on top of another further up the list).
this is unacceptable as we have now way of deciphering the correct answers/sumbitted info.
any help would eb appreciated

Hi, it's happening again but on our periodic inspection report template now. it looks fine on jotform, but when we try and download to PDF it moves all the photos across the pages and cuts them in half. please see 5 Albion St Periodic submission number 335707494251848925
many thanks Jo

According to my tests, the issue is still persisting on the submission you shared. Probably, it's reasoning from the min height/width value of the images, they doesn't fit to one page with all of other contents. However, I updated the ticket about it, so our developer will back to this soon.
Thank you for your patience.

odd because it looks ok on jotform, just goes wrong when we try and convert to PDF. Many thanks, will await the developer feedback

Yes, you are right, the template on the "Submissions" is correctly aligned; but on the PDF it is not fitting. There must be some layout differences between web and PDF. Please, don't forget that when there is an update about this issue, you will be informed from this thread via email.
