Form Central PDF Form: Notification not working

    You said all notifications are sent to the default address, but I am not receiving any notices of form submissions. The form is enabled and working, but no notifications. Thank you for your help.

    Hi rodneyd24, 

     

    I did a test submission in your PDF form, checked your email log and I was not able to see that the notification email is sent to your email address. I will escalate this issue to our development team for them to further check. We will update you on this thread as soon as this is fixed.
