Unable to get email notification on submitted form?

    I am not getting the notification e-mail when a report/form is submitted? Please help?

    Upon checking your form, I see that in your email notification, you have 2 recipient addresses that were separated by "comma" only. You need to use comma and space to separate them, you can check this guide: http://www.jotform.com/help/39-Send-Notifications-to-Multiple-Recipients.

    Also, to make sure that your notifications are working properly, you need to open your form, fill it out and click the submit button. You can also check your form's email history to see if there are failed email attempts: http://www.jotform.com/help/293-How-to-view-all-your-form-Email-History.
